Someone asked me once if I got paid to write this blog. I said no. She looked at me like I was crazy. I looked at her the same way.
When I was five years old, I knew I wanted to be a writer. When I was nine, I had a vision for my life: I wanted to write things that made people think. Today, I would only add one word to that vision: I want to write things that make people think differently.
I write about things I care and feel deeply about. I share my stories when I feel they may be helpful and when they are ready to be told, so I don’t have a regular posting schedule or “content calendar.” Although I tend to post most often on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.
Thank you for spending time with my words. 🙂
